***Apply desired amount of body oil to damp skin (right after a shower) when your pores are open is the best times to apply oil. It helps hydrate and rejuvenate your skin (even taking the place of lotions) while helping to relax.
Keep in mind that a little goes a long ways when applying. Using this product daily should be sufficient to lock in moisture and ensure you have hydrated skin. If you suffer dry and flaky skin, you may want to apply body oil more frequently, even as much as after every shower.
